I finally picked-up the car in April because I had to wait for clean and dry roads because in Canada we don’t have a choice, we have to deal with the winter conditions.
I’m very happy with the result of this work but of course I’m also disappointed that it was not possible to do everything. So (at least) another session of body work will be required.
Here are some pictures:
The body has been stored in a shelter for a few days, I didn’t want to leave it like there for long
Loading is quite easy…
… we are three for this job so everything goes well
Doors and other parts go to inside the car, they come back in the same condition as they came in, we’ll deal with them later
Ready for departure, a two-hour drive
Arriving at home, I’m alone to unload…
… but as the ground is level, it’s easy and I can do it myself
This is the first time I store a car in this part of the garage…
… so I discover that there is space…
… enough so I can rotate the car inside
She’s a the right place, and I have space around
